Pre training


3 mile jog completed = 2
Aches and pains - Knee, groin and shoulders ???
Pace - 34 mins and some change

Full training starts on Monday with Lianne. I am concerned that she said she has dug out her running shoes?? (Must getting running shoe…. and top……and ……watch……earphones….)

1/2 Marathon registration complete.
