Yes FIFA it really is time to take your head out your arse and embrace the future (or past according to every other major sport). We are not asking for much here. Like rugby the Video ref could only be called in when the ref is not 100% sure. It has not taken anything away from the ref in rugby. That would at least be a start.
You could also go with the cricket option of 3 queries a game. 3 in attack and 3 in defence. If you think about it would stop all the needless shouts of "OFFSIDE" when clearily not.
